When Rennek attacked Lorna and her vampires, she didn't at first have time to do more than react. After the battle, she was still alive, but Neena informed her that she expected her allegience for the power she had granted to her. Lorna suggested they could talk. Not liking that answer, Neena ended the conversation and Lorna right there.
